Where do we meet?

The meeting place is the Forest & Water Office. To get there, turn onto the Minkami Interchange from the Kanetsu Express Way (関越自動車道), then travel about 15 minutes before turning right onto national highway 291 heading towards Tanigawa. When you pass Yubiso Onsen, you should be able to see the blue Forest & Water Building on your right hand side. After you arrive and get changed, a Forest & Water Van will drop you off at the river.
